How are you all doing this morning?
Feeling burned out? Step away from the projects you are working on. They will be there tomorrow. For now, take a day to give your mind a rest. It’s ok to not be productive for a day. In fact, it probably helps you to be more productive by taking breaks. Don’t feel guilty about that. Your self worth is not based on your productivity. Take a nice hot shower, get into some comfy lounge clothes, make some comfort food, and put on one of your favorite movies. Or read one of your favorite books.
Sundays should be about recooporating your strength, mental stamina, and creativity. Take a break and enjoy the day your favorite way. Then you can kick next week’s butt!
